The Hamilton Eye Institute (HEI) is set to provide free cataract surgery to more than 50 patients from Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and surrounding areas, who are uninsured or otherwise unable to access proper ophthalmic care, during this two-day community service outreach event. Patients were identified through the HEI clinics, the Mid-South Lions Sight and Hearing Service, and Church Health. The value of the services is more than $150,000.
