The 2018 Memphis Medical District Healthcare Interprofessional Education Expo is intended to highlight interprofessional collaboration and teamwork at Memphis Medical District. It will offer participants an opportunity to learn with, from, and about other health care professions. Activities include IPE case studies and student research posters. This will be an enjoyable and informative day for faculty and all students who attend Institutes in Memphis Medical District.

Purpose: to activate and connect people from various healthcare professional interest to a common interactive place within the Memphis Medical District, and build inter-professional healthcare community in these spaces via a social event.

Goals: to encourage healthcare interprofessional engagement via a field day event.

There will be student IPE competitions, poster presentations, quizzes and group performances.

This event celebrates, reinforces, or enhances the character of the Memphis Medical District -Celebrates and reinforces interprofessional healthcare collaboration in a field day event in a fun way.
