The NightinGala event was created to pay tribute to the nursing profession and showcase the phenomenal impact nurses have in making a difference in the lives of thousands in the Memphis and Shelby County community. It is a joyful reminder of the UTHSC College of Nursing’s mission to educate the next generation of nurse leaders who will transform healthcare and help save lives.

We are honored to have Rear Admiral Sylvia Trent-Adams, PhD, RN, FAAN, as our featured speaker for the evening. In addition, guests will be treated to a seated dinner and silent auction as well as live entertainment. All proceeds will support the College of Nursing’s Center for Community Partnerships and Nursing Innovation, an individualized evidence-based practice service. CPNI offers academic partnership with health systems to train nurse leaders how to advance integrated health care systems; reduce health disparities, and improve health outcomes.
